Mango-Vanilla Dream Parfait
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
1 cup vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt for a thicker texture)
1/2 cup vanilla custard (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup granola (for crunch)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
A handful of pomegranate seeds (optional, for a pop of color)
Instructions:
Prepare the Mango Puree:
Blend half of the diced mangoes in a food processor until smooth. Add a teaspoon of honey and a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor. Set aside.Layer the Parfait:
In a clear glass or dessert bowl, start with a layer of vanilla yogurt at the bottom.
Add a layer of mango puree on top.
Sprinkle a handful of granola for a crunchy texture.
Add a layer of vanilla custard.
Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a dollop of yogurt or custard on top.Garnish:
