Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt for a thicker texture)

  • 1/2 cup vanilla custard (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/2 cup granola (for crunch)

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

  • A handful of pomegranate seeds (optional, for a pop of color)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mango Puree:
