Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh mango puree
  • 1/2 cup cacao butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup cacao butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango puree
  • Fresh mango slices and a drizzle of melted chocolate for garnish

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Cake

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, mango puree, melted cacao butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
